The Coach House

  • The Coach House is a sports focused after school & development centre for kids aged from 5 to 12 in DUBLIN 15.

    We offer a variety of sport-oriented activities that teach children new techniques whilst having FUN. We provide a non-competitive, encouraging atmosphere that will introduce children to sports and games through play. All activities are geared to motivate and build self-esteem, within a child-friendly environment. We believe that PLAY outside of school is very important. Children no longer get enough time to play, so we have created a FUN environment that allows children to play after school.

    Our Goal is to Inspire, Lead and Develop through Health, PLAY and Respect.

Our Coaches

Antonio Mantero and Robert Ryan
Antonio has a passion for sport and child development. In 1999 he qualified as a PE teacher and subsequently further expanded into the leisure sector by taking up a role in Hotel and Event Management. In 2010 he set-up up his own blog focusing on improving participation and development in kids sports. His site thecoachdiary.com gets over 5,500 hits per day. Antonio is a qualified sports coach, life coach and is Garda vetted. He is also the man behind the hugely successful Silent Sidelines campaign. In 2014 he begin his UEFA B license with the FAI which he completes this June. Antonio has also attained several Children First Welfare Certificates and is currently studying child psychology.

Robert is a qualified FAI coach with special interest in child development. Robert has been involved in sport and developing children in football for over 8 years. He currently holds a Youth Certificate in Football and has just recently completed a Child Welfare and First Aid Course. Robert is also involved with Castleknock Celtic FC and is a Garda vetted.

Directions

Driving from the N3 & Aquatic Centre Continue up the Snugborough road from the National Aquatic Centre. Turn right (3rd exit) at the IDA roundabout. Take the next left into Rosemount Business Park. Continue along this road. Then take the second left after Cafe Haven. Take the next left into Orion Business Campus. Signposted in yellow. We are located on the right hand side next door to Complete Storage Solutions.
