Our Colours

GREEN

Is the primary colour of the Centre. It is the colour of harmony, balance and growth. They are some of the many reasons why we use the colour Green at our Centre. From a colour psychology perspective, it is the great balancer of the heart and the emotions, creating equilibrium between the head and the Heart.

The Meaning of Green

From a meaning of colours perspective, Green is also the colour of growth, the colour of spring, of renewal and rebirth. It renews and restores depleted energy. It is the sanctuary away from the stresses of modern living, restoring us back to a sense of well being. This is why there is so much of this relaxing colour on the earth, and why we need to keep it that way.

Green is also the 4th Colour of the Chakra it governs the HEART chakra (Balance, Love, Self Control).

This colour relates to stability and endurance, giving us persistence and the strength to cope with adversity. Green is the colour of prosperity and abundance, of finance and material wealth. It relates to the business world, to real estate and property. Prosperity gives a feeling of safety to green.

Green chakra relates to love/self love – the ability to give and take unconditionally. When balanced we are able to give love and also to love and nurture ourselves.  Helps relax muscles, nerves, and thoughts. Cleanses and balances our energy, to give a feeling of renewal, peace and harmony. Green connects us to unconditional love and is used for balancing our whole being.
